跃层电梯在超高层建筑施工中的应用

摘要： 垂直运输不仅是支撑超高层建设成功的关键节点，也是建设过程中各类消防设施、安全逃生的重要保障。从垂
直运输设备之一的施工电梯入手，对临时施工电梯与永久电梯相结合的新型电梯进行应用分析，从安装方式、提升工
艺、工作原理、运营管理、永临转换、应用实效等方面开展研究，为类似超高层工程的垂直设施选用提供借鉴。

Application of Thermocline Elevator in Super High-rise Building Construction

Abstract: Vertical transportation is not only the key node to support the success of super high -rise construction, but also
an important guarantee for all kinds of fire -fighting facilities and safe escape in the construction process. Starting with
the construction elevator — one of the vertical transportation equipments, this paper analyzes the application of the new
elevator which combines the temporary construction elevator and the permanent elevator, and carries out research from
the aspects of installation mode, lifting process, working principle, operation management, permanent and temporary
conversion, application effectiveness and so on, so as to provide reference for the selection of vertical facilities in similar
super high -rise projects.

相应部件后即可转换为建筑物的永久使用电梯。
跃 层电梯应用的理念：在工程建设前期，当楼层处于
低 楼阶段时，在永久消防电梯井道内安装电梯整套系统，
利用自行爬升的临时机房，每次跳跃若干层，即结构楼板
每 上升若干楼层，电梯机房便向上跳跃一次。完成跳跃
后，可以将电梯作为临时施工电梯投入运行。该安装方式
可与建筑高度同步递增，特别适用于建筑工程施工周期较
长的工程 [1 -6 ] 。
每 次跃层的楼层数根据各工程的需要自行确定，根据
经验跳跃楼层数以8～ 10层 为最佳，此时跃层电梯的跳跃周
期较为合理，且能保证过程中临时电梯使用的最高效率。
1 工程概况
项目位于西南高海拔地区的省会城市市中心，拟建一
栋高349 m 的 甲级写字楼，地下4层 、地上63层 ，总建筑面
积 约22.3 万 m 2。 塔楼为钢混凝土框架-核 心筒混合结构体
系，钢筋混凝土核心筒外围为18根 巨型柱，核心筒外框楼
层板为钢梁-压 型钢板结构系统，设3道 桁架层。
本 工程建设周期要求41个 月，基础筏板开始至主体结
构封顶29个 月完成，封顶至竣工验收投入使用12个 月。
本 工程地下室单层面积约5 0 00 m 2， 地上标准层面积
约3 2 00 m 2， 施工电梯共配置4台 双笼电梯，其中1台 为地下
室 服务，1台 为核心筒服务，2台 为塔楼主体服务，另配置2
台跃层电梯为塔楼主体服务（图1） 。
