受限空间组合三角桁架单边支模体系施工技术

摘要: 为提升地下工程单边支模体系通用性及施工效率,依托西安火车站市政配套改造项目地下工程,提出了一种组
合三角桁架单边支模体系,验算了结构受力及稳定性,阐明了不同结构高度支模体系施工工艺及控制要点。结果表
明:组合三角桁架单边支模体系验算结果满足施工需求。4.8 m以下侧墙模板施工无需机械辅助,可人工助推水平运
输;8.2 m以下侧墙模板由4.8 m高桁架安装3.4 m调节段形成,可拆卸拼装、循环利用。利用附着式激光水平尺校准装
置,在三角桁架顶部0.6 m宽悬挑操作平台上可直接校准模板,避免重复进行人工校正。总结的施工经验可供类似工程
参考。

Construction Technology of Unilateral Formwork Support System
for Composite Triangular Truss in Confined Space

Abstract: In order to improve the universality and construction efficiency of the unilateral formwork support system of
underground engineering, relying on the underground engineering of the municipal supporting reconstruction project of
Xi'an Railway Station, a composite triangular truss unilateral formwork support system is proposed, the structural stress
and stability are checked, and the construction technology and control points of formwork support systems with different
structural heights are clarified. The results show that the checking results of the composite triangular truss unilateral
formwork system meet the construction requirements. The construction of side wall formwork below 4.8 m does not need
mechanical assistance and can be manually pushed for horizontal transportation; the side wall formwork below 8.2 m is
formed by 4.8 m high truss with 3.4 m adjustment section, which can be disassembled, assembled and recycled. The
formwork can be calibrated directly on the 0.6 m wide cantilever operating platform on the top of the triangular truss by
using the attached laser leveling device to avoid repeated manual calibration. The construction experience can be used
as reference for similar projects.
