某赛车场 CFG 桩复合软土地基不均匀

[摘 要 ] 为了研究某CFG桩复合软土地基不均匀沉降影响因素。依托某赛道CFG桩复合软土地基典型
案例,运用ANSYS有限元数值模拟软件,采用“五因素,三水平”正交试验方法研究CFG桩复合软土地基
不均匀沉降影响因素。研究可得:(1)通过数值模拟可得,不同影响因素下复合软土地基不均匀沉降特性
表现出一致性,软土复合地基上部位移均表现出“波浪形”不均匀沉降特性;(2 )随着影响因素的变化,
桩间距对复合软土地基的不均匀沉降特性更加明显,桩长、桩径与桩参数在控制复合软土地基中具有临界
值;(3)CFG 桩复合软土地基不均匀沉降敏感性因素依次为:CFG 桩参数、CFG桩径、CFG桩长、CFG桩
间距、褥垫层厚度。研究结果可为复合软土地基不均匀沉降控制提供理论指导。

ANALYSIS ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF UNEVEN SETTLEMENT OF CFG PILE
COMPOSITE SOFT SOIL FOUNDATION IN A RACING TRACK

[Abstract ] In order to study the influence factors of uneven settlement of a CFG pile composite soft soil
foundation. In this paper, based on a typical case of CFG pile composite soft soil foundation of a race track, the
influence factors of uneven settlement of CFG pile composite soft soil foundation are studied by using ANSYS finite
element numerical simulation software and ''five factors, three levels '' orthogonal test method. The results show
that: (1) through numerical simulation, the uneven settlement characteristics of composite soft soil foundation are
consistent under different influencing factors, and the position displacement on soft soil composite foundation shows
the characteristic of ''wavy '' uneven settlement. (2) With the change of influencing factors, the uneven settlement
characteristic of pile spacing on composite soft soil foundation becomes more obvious, and pile length, pile diameter
and pile parameters have critical values in controlling composite soft soil foundation. (3) The sensitive factors of
uneven settlement of CFG pile composite soft soil foundation are CFG pile parameters, CFG pile diameter, CFG pile
length, CFG pile spacing and cushion thickness. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the uneven
settlement control of composite soft soil foundation.

随着国家基础建设的推进,特殊地基的出现为处
理地基技术提供了新的机遇和挑战,软土地基的设计
和施工水平对工程质量起到了至关重要的作用 [1]。然
而由于地下水赋存条件、地层分布特征复杂以及对地
基处理方式的多样性,致使软土地基出现不均匀沉降
现象。
1 工程概况
武汉智能网联汽车测试场一期汽竞速区位于武汉
经济技术开发区东荆河河畔,距长江约2 km,赛道 规
