砖木结构文物建筑平移后隔震连接设计与施工

【摘要】平移建筑采用隔震连接具有天然优势,是否采用隔震连接在平移设计时已基本确定并进行同步设计,较少
出现平移到位后变更为隔震连接的情况。英国使馆旧址武官楼为国家级文物保护单位,2004年进行第1次平移设
计时采用刚性连接方案,其后在临时址停放近10年,于2013年启动连接工作。考虑到武官楼保护级别高、保护要
求严格,隔震连接方案可减少上部结构加固工作量,且隔震技术应对地震作用的高效性与可靠性被大量工程实例
验证,所以对隔震连接方案进行计算分析,同时为满足隔震支座安装、维护等构造要求,对既有托盘梁、下滑道梁、
基础板进行必要的加固改造。计算结果表明,本隔震结构设计满足抗震性能设计目标要求,8度罕遇地震作用下
隔震层最大变形满足规范要求,设置隔震层后能够明显减小上部结构的扭转效应。

Design and Construction of Seismic Isolation Connection After
Translation of Brick Wood Structure Cultural Relics Buildings

Abstract: The use of seismic isolation connection for translation buildings has natural advantages,
whether to use seismic isolation connection has been determined and designed synchronously in the
translation design, and it is less likely to change to seismic isolation connection after translation in place.
The Wuguan Building at the former site of the British Embassy is a national cultural relics protection unit.
The rigid connection scheme was adopted in the first translation design in 2004, then it was parked in the
middle site for nearly 10 years, and the connection work was started in 2013. Considering the high
protection level and strict protection requirements of the Wuguan Building, the isolation connection
scheme can reduce the reinforcement workload of the superstructure. Moreover, the efficiency and
reliability of the isolation technology in response to earthquakes response have been verified by a large
number of engineering examples, so the calculation and analysis of the isolation connection scheme are
carried out. At the same time, in order to meet the structural requirements of the installation and
maintenance of the isolation bearing, the existing underpinning beam, the down-slide beam, and the
foundation raft are required to be strengthened and transformed. The calculation results show that the
design of the isolation structure meets the requirements of seismic performance design objectives, the
maximum deformation of the isolation layer under the 8 degree rare earthquake meets the requirements of
the code, and the torsional effect of the upper structure can be significantly reduced after the isolation
layer is installed.
