先张法预应力道路板的受力性能

摘要: 以湖州某构件厂施工现场临时道路为工程背景,基于ABAQUS软件有限元数值模拟方法,分别研究了先张法预
应力道路板在预应力施加及车载作用下的受力性能,包括板的应力及位移变化规律。研究结果表明:预应力道路板在
施加预应力后,沿板纵向从板中部至板边应力及位移均逐渐减小;道路板板顶应力从车载作用位置至板边的变化规律
是沿板纵向先减小后增大,横向为应力逐渐减小;道路板位移沿板纵向从板横边至交界处逐渐增大,沿横向从车载作
用位置至两边位移逐渐减小。

Mechanical Behavior of Prestressed Road Slab by Pretensioning Method

Abstract: Taking the temporary road at the construction site of a component factory in Huzhou as the engineering
background, based on the finite element numerical simulation method of ABAQUS software, the mechanical properties
of prestressed road slab by pretensioning method under the actions of the prestressing force applied and the
vehicle -mounted load are studied respectively, including the variation law of stress and displacement of the slab. The
results show that: the stress and displacement of prestressed road slab decrease gradually from the middle to the edge
along the longitudinal direction of the slab after the prestress is applied; the variation law of the stress at the top of the
road slab from the action position of the vehicle to the edge of the slab is that it decreases first and then increases along
the longitudinal direction of the slab, and the stress decreases gradually in the transverse direction; the displacement of
the road slab increases gradually from the transverse edge of the slab to the junction along the longitudinal direction of
the slab, and decreases gradually from the vehicle action position to both sides along the transverse direction.

后 张法大跨预应力道路的受力性能及连接方式,而有关先
张法预应力道路板的受力性能研究却少有涉及。Frib erg [ 5 ]认
为 采用有效的预压预应力可以使混凝土的强度得到充分利
用,有利于减小板的厚度,使路面设计更高效,改善路面
使 用性能。Brie n 等 [6 ]对 预应力混凝土路面的温度和收缩裂
缝问题进行了详细的讨论。孙宝俊等 [7 ]基 于3种 不同的设计
理 念,提出了预应力混凝土路面的早期、使用阶段及开裂
后计算预应力的公式和设计步骤。黄卫等 [8 -9 ] 分 析了无黏结
预 应力混凝土路面的荷载应力和温度应力,研究了弹性模
量、线膨胀系数、板底摩擦因数、地基回弹模量
