小断面竖井衬砌可爬升一体化综合工作平台
关键技术研究与应用

摘 要: 在北京市昌平区某工程项目中,洞库单程是群体建筑中最特殊的一个单体工程,其特殊性在于
利用特殊结构形式的隧道、配以特殊的机电系统以及小断面送排风竖井,实现岩石山体隧道库房高等级保藏
的空间环境。设置的小断面竖井均在山体岩石内,为了解决在狭小的空间内高效完成竖井衬砌结构施工、保
证作业安全和施工质量,进一步加快施工效率这一难题,通过多层面研究、对比单侧支模、单侧滑模及爬模
的优缺点,结合现场实际工况综合分析,将滑模体系和爬模体系两者的优点相结合并进一步改造升级,研究
设计出了一套小断面竖井衬砌可爬升一体化综合工作平台。该新型模板爬升体系关键技术达到了高效绿色衬
砌结构施工、节省工期和保证施工作业安全的效果。

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF KEY TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIMBABLE INTEGRATED
SMALL-SECTION SHAFT LINING WORKING PLATFORM

Abstract: In a project in Changping district, Beijing, the cave depot is the most special single
project in group buildings, of which the particularity is to use tunnels with special structures, special
electromechanical systems and small-section air supply and exhaust shafts to gain a space environment
for high-level preservation of rock mountain tunnel warehouse. The small-section shafts are all set
inside the mountain rocks. In order to solve the problem of efficiently completing the shaft lining
structure construction in a tight space, ensuring the operation safety and construction quality and
further accelerating the construction efficiency, the advantages of sliding formwork system and climbing
formwork system are combined and further upgraded based on multi-level researches, the comparison
of advantages and disadvantages of single-side formwork, single-side sliding formwork and climbing
formwork, and the combination with comprehensive analyses of the on-site actual working conditions,
and a climbable integrated small-section shaft lining working platform is developed finally. The key
technology of this new climbing formwork system has achieved the effects of efficient and green
lining structure construction, reduction of the construction period and ensuring the safety of construction
operations.

1 工程概况
本项目总建筑面积 99 500 m 2,由16个单体建筑
组成,其中洞库单体工程建筑面积 10 000 m 2。洞库单
体工程是一个以保藏功能为主的隧道工程。
为保证洞库内恒温恒湿的条件,竖井是不可缺
少的组成部分。洞库全长864.025 m,呈U形分布,
由标准段、引洞段及竖井 3部分组成。标准段洞宽
12.00 m,洞高 7.50 m,洞库最大埋深约 138 m。在标
准段出入口位置设4个通风竖井,共计 311.330 m,
其中1号、2 号竖井位于洞库入口山体内, 1号竖井
深 66.612 m;2 号竖井深81.697 m;3 号、4号竖井
位于洞库出口山体内, 3号竖井深 80.217 m;4 号竖
井深82.804 m;竖井
