闹市区不规则场地的群坑施工方案

摘要： 针对闹市区不规则群坑施工问题，为降低群坑施工对周边环境的影响，对群坑施工方案进行了调整优化。通过
采用超深TRD工法桩隔断承压水层、利用树根桩形成附加隔断、按照时空效应开挖土方、完善施工监测方案等优化措
施，最终使群坑施工得到了理想的效果。优化后的施工方案可为以后类似工程的施工提供借鉴。

Construction Scheme of Group Pit in Irregular Site in Downtown Area

Abstract: For the problem of group pit construction in irregular site in downtown area, in order to reduce the impact
of pit construction on the surrounding environment, the construction scheme of pit group is adjusted and optimized.
By adopting the super deep TRD construction method to separate the confined water layer, using the root pile to form
additional partition, excavating the earth according to the time -
space effect, perfecting the construction monitoring
scheme and other optimization measures, the group pit construction has achieved the ideal effect, which provides a
certain reference value for the construction of similar projects in the future.

区 基坑最近仅15 m 。 东侧大统路地道为双向隧道，距离②
区 基坑最近处为30 m 。 邻近地铁隧道侧条形基坑安全等级
为 一级，基坑外围环境保护等级为一级。
1.2 围护工程概况
基 坑总面积约16 1 91 m 2， 其中：①区8 2 68 m 2， 挖深
9 .4 5 m ， 采用2道 混凝土支撑；②区327 m
2， 挖深9.9 5 m ，
采 用1道 混凝土支撑、2道 钢支撑；③区4728 m
2， 挖深

况 下，高质量地完成地下群坑施工就显得十分重要。
1 工程概况
上 海火车站北广场D地 块总承包工程东至大统路，南
至 中兴路，西至普善路，北至沪太路、中华新路，邻近上
海 市长 途汽 车客 运总 站。 工程 主要 由5栋 建筑 组成 ，总占地
面 积为33 3 14.9 m
2， 总建筑面积为11 8 0 46.2 m 2， 地上最高
1 8层 ，地下2层
