异质区及相邻区域中复杂钢混结构
支护技术的研究与应用

[摘 要 ] 钢–混凝土混合结构(钢混结构)体系既有钢结构自重轻、工期短的同时,还兼具混凝土结
构造价较低的优点,在高层建筑和大跨度结构中应用广泛;然而,受钢、混凝土的强度、弹性模量等因素
影响,过渡层是钢混结构的关键,过渡层位置易发生刚性和强度的突变,在地震中易发生应力集中,从而
造成过渡层的失效,对安全造成威胁。因此,基于对有限元仿真– 现场监测–现场实践的综合研究,通过对
整个结构进行模拟,利用有限元技术的参数化、可视化、信息化等优点,在结构施工过程中实现结构三维
实体建模,并建立计算分步/ 分段施工过程中的内力和变形,通过对工程现场监测分析,验证工程合理性,
对于施工安全风险评估和控制至关重要。

SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY IN HETEROGENEOUS AREA AND ADJACENT AREA

[Abstract ] Steel-concrete mixed structure system has the advantages of light dead weight of steel structure,
short construction period and low cost of concrete structure, so it is widely used in high-rise buildings and long-
span structures. However, due to the influence of steel and concrete strength, elastic modulus and other factors, the
transition layer is the key to the mixed structure. The position of the transition layer is easy to have sudden changes
in rigidity and strength, so that the stress concentration occurs in the earthquake, which causes the failure of the
transition layer and poses a threat to the safety. Therefore, based on the comprehensive study of finite element
simulation, field monitoring and field practice, the entire structure is simulated, using the advantages of finite
element technology parameterization, visualization, information, etc. In the process of structure construction to
realize the three-dimensional entity modeling, and establish the calculation of internal forces and deformation in
step/segment construction process, through the monitoring and analysis of the project site, to verify the rationality of
the project. It is very important for construction safety risk assessment and control.

现有的钢–混凝土结构一般可分为两类:平面
混合结构和垂直混合结构。典型的钢混结构以钢为
外框,以钢筋混凝土为内管,构成钢 –混凝土内管系
统;又可由钢管混凝土柱子和钢梁构成外框,并设伸
缩臂桁架,构成钢框架 –混凝土内管系统;也可为钢
结构梁柱部分或全部由钢筋混凝土构成的钢筋混凝土
框架–混凝土内管系统。
1 钢混结构施工技术
1.1 技术特点
(1)钢混结构寿命更长。钢 –混凝土结构自身稳
定性好、韧性强,不易受到外部冲击和破坏,故其 寿
命较长。采用钢 –混凝土结构施工可减少工程维修和
养护费。
