型 钢 后 浇 带 结 构 模 型 试 验 及 数 值 分 析

[摘要]采用结构模型试验与数值模拟分析的方法,对逆作基坑中所采用的型钢后浇带结构在荷载作用下的受力
及变形特性进行了分析研究。通过缩尺比例模型试验,研究了型钢后浇带结构试件在集中荷载作用下的挠度变
形、应力一应变规律及构件的破坏过程,得到了型钢后浇带结构的极限承载力。对模型试验与数值分析结果进行了
对比,验证了数值分析方法的合理性。试验结果表明,型钢后浇带模型试件出现肉眼可见细微裂缝 的分级荷载约
为设计承载力的60% ~90%;裂缝迅速扩展、结构发生破坏的分级荷载最高达到设计承载力的 110%;型钢后浇带
模型试件出现裂缝及发生破坏的截面均为主梁跨中截面,结构属于钢筋拉屈而产生的破坏;结构发生破坏时,后浇
带两侧锚固段的混凝土及型钢结构处于弹性工作状态,并且 H型钢锚固段与混凝土之间黏结性能良好 ,未出现混
凝土开裂、型钢拔出等损坏。在基坑逆作施工阶段 ,型钢后浇带结构能够满足梁板结构的水平传力及竖向变形控
制要求 。

Abstract:Reinforced concrete models of steel reinforced late poured band for model test were
established.Through the scale model test,the load and bending deflection relationship curve,the stress
and strain relationship curve and the components’failure process were analyzed,and the ultimate bearing
capacity of steel reinforced late pouring band were obtained.The results of model test and simulation were
compared,which verified the reasonability of simulation.Results of model test show that,micro。cracks
are starting to appear when concentrate load on steel late poured band reaches to 60% ~90% design
bearing capacity.Cracks will increase rapidly and structure begins to collapse when concentrate load
reaches to 1 10% design bearing capacity.Cracks and collapses section occur at midspan of the beam
structure,belongs to steel bars tensile yield failure.When the structure collapsed,steel beam and both
end of the anchoring sections are in elastic working condition,and the anchorage section of H—shaped
steel and concrete has good bonding properties,which has no concrete cracks and section steel pulling
