索承网格结构竖向控制支架设计

摘要: 以上海浦东足球场索承网格结构施工为例,简述了竖向控制支架的性能要求、结构组成及施工工艺。根据不同
施工阶段支架结构的约束状态,制定了两阶段预压力施加方案,其中第1阶段施加较小预压力以消除间隙、提升刚度,
第2阶段施加较大预压力以控制压环梁的标高变化。在前述基础上,通过理论分析明晰所述施工工艺可有效微控压环
梁位形。结合有限元分析与单肢验算法原理,完成了支架结构的承载力校核,解决了现行国家标准不适用的问题。最
后,基于实践效果,对不同应用场景的支架组成提出了优选的建议。
