2018年 6月下 第 47卷 第 12期 施 工 技 术 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 71 DOI:10.7672/sgjs2018120071 新 型 组 合 封 闭 箍 筋 叠 合 梁 抗 震 与 受 扭 性 能 试 验 研 究 张 雷 ,任 龙 ,胡 翔 ,俞 大 有 ,薛 伟 辰 (1.同济大学土木工程学院,上海 200092;2.中民筑友有限公司,湖南 长沙 410000) [摘要]通过 2个足尺模型抗震试验和2个缩尺模型抗扭试验,对一种采用新型组合封闭箍筋叠合梁的受力性能 进行了研究。研究表明,采用该种新型组合封闭箍筋的混凝土叠合梁不仅构造简单、便于施工,同时具有良好的抗 震与抗扭性能。在低周反复荷载下,试件均表现为梁跨中纯弯段局部混凝土压碎 、纵筋受压屈服并向外鼓出;在纯 扭作用下,试件主裂缝均为约45。夹角的螺旋状 ,最终破坏均为纵筋及箍筋受拉屈服,混凝土压碎;新型组合封闭箍 筋叠合梁的受弯承载力和受扭承载力较相应的现浇对 比梁分别高约 9.6%和 5.2%;新型组合封闭箍筋叠合梁的 受弯延性系数和扭转延性系数分别为 6.37和 11.98,较相应的现浇对比梁分别高约 6.7%,9.7%。 [关键词】组合封闭箍筋;叠合梁 ;抗震性能;抗扭性能;试验 [中图分类号]TU375.1 [文献标识码】A [文章编号]1002.8498(2018)12-0071.04 Study on Seism ic and Torsional Behavior of Com posite Beam s with a New Type O verlapping Hoop ZHANG Lei ,REN Long ,HU Xiang ,YU Dayou ,XUE Weichen (1.Department of Structural Engineering,ron~i University,Shanghai 200092,China; 2.China Minsheng Drawin Co.,Ltd.,Changsha,Hu’nan 410000,China) Abstract:To study the seismic and torsional behavior of composite beams with a new type overlapping hoops,two full—scale models and two scaled models were made and tested respectively.Test results showed that composite beam with the new type overlapping hoops had good mechanical behavior besides advantages of simple configuration and construction efficiency.Under cyclic loading,both beams failed due to concrete crushing and buckling of compressive longitudinal steel in pure bending sections at midspan of beams.Under pure torsion,the major cracks of both beams were spiral with an inclined angle about 45。to the longitudinal axis,and the beams failed as a result of the crush of concrete and yielding of longitudinal bars and hoops.The ultimate bending carrying capacity and torsional carrying capacity of composite beams with the new type overlapping hoops were 9.6% and 5.2% higher than that of cast—in— place beams respectively.The bending ductility coefficient and torsional ductility coefficient of composite beams with the new type overlapping hoops were 6.17 and 11.98 respectively.which were 6.7% and 9.7% higher than that of cast—in-place beams respectively.
