无梁楼盖混合结构体系民宿改造加固技术研究

摘要： 为解决无梁楼盖混合体结构在改造加固过程中遇到的一些施工问题，如基础加固施工范围局限、既有建筑预制
结构拆除、防水等，通过对既有建筑开挖放坡的局限性进行分析，提出小范围阶梯放坡的开挖方式；通过局部无梁楼
盖开洞口，采用改变结构类型的措施，提高无梁楼盖建筑在空间利用上的多样性；拆除老旧预制人字梁存在的安全隐
患，采用下部结构加固、加固被拆除构件等方法，保证拆除过程中的安全性；针对传统屋面做法的不足，提出增设顺
水条形成顺水沟的方式，大大提高了瓦屋面的防水性能。上述方法有效地解决了无梁楼盖混合体系在改造中所遇到的
复杂情况，对于类似的无梁楼盖混合体系建筑改造再利用具有借鉴意义。
