155 运营地铁轨行区上部岩石类基坑 土石方开挖技术研究 范晓亮 中铁建工集团有限公司 贵州 贵阳 550002 摘要: 为保证地铁轨行区上部岩石基坑土石方开挖时不影响地铁正常运营,通过对基坑开挖过程进行模拟计算,采用 分层开挖及静力切除工艺进行基坑开挖,并对地铁隧道进行监测,分析和总结了施工工序控制要点,从而控制岩石切 割开挖的振速及地铁隧道由深埋变为浅埋的应力释放后,地铁隧道结构的安全稳定性。根据模拟计算,基坑分层对称 开挖,每层不超过3.3 m,开挖振速不超过2 cm/s,可保证地铁隧道正常运营。施工过程中通过岩石切割锯及金刚石绳 锯静力切割的工艺以及振速监测措施,对基坑进行分层对称开挖,保证了地铁隧道的稳定及地铁正常运营,获得的相 关数据及经验对同类型工程施工具有一定的参考价值。 关键词: 运营地铁;岩石类基坑;分层对称开挖;振速监测;静力切割 中图分类号: TU751 +.2 文献标志码: A 文章编号: 1004-1001(2020)02 -0155 -04 DOI: 10.14144/j.cnki.jzsg.2020.02.004 Research on Earth Rock Excavation Technology of Rock Foundation Pit in Upper Part of Rail Transit Area of Subway in Operation FAN Xiaoliang China Railway Construction Engineering Group, Guiyang, Guizhou 550002, China Abstract: In order to ensure that the normal operation of the subway will not be affected by the excavation of the rock foundation pit at the upper part of the rail transit area, through the simulation calculation of the excavation process of the foundation pit, the excavation of the foundation pit is carried out by using the layered excavation and static cutting technology, and the subway tunnel is monitored, the key points of construction process control are analyzed and summarized, so as to control the vibration speed of the rock cutting excavation and the subway tunnel from deep buried to shallow buried after the stress is released, the safety and stability of subway tunnel structure will be improved. According to the simulation calculation, the foundation pit is excavated symmetrically in layers, each layer is not more than 3.3 m, and the excavation vibration speed is not more than 2 cm/s, which can ensure the normal operation of the subway tunnel. During the construction process, the foundation pit is excavated symmetrically in layers through the static cutting technology of rock cutting saw and diamond wire saw and the vibration speed monitoring measures, which can ensure the stability of the subway tunnel and the normal operation of the subway. The relevant data and the experience has certain reference value for the same type of engineering construction.
