深基坑狭窄空间地下防水护墙施工技术

摘 要: 本施工方法涉及深基坑条件桩锚护坡形式下肥槽空间狭小、地下外墙结构和防水施工的特殊施
工方法。针对城市中心区场地狭小深基坑的施工项目,首先采用护坡桩外单侧支模浇筑混凝土,形成了外防
内贴的防水施工作业面,同时解决了回填问题,然后再次采用单侧支模进行外墙结构施工,解决在该特殊情
况下由于空间不足无法进行外墙外防水施工、肥槽回填土、地下防水施工和地下结构外墙的施工先后关系问
题。可用于护坡桩范围内肥槽回填、防水施工、外墙结构施工,有效地保证了地下室外墙防水施工顺利展开,
防止渗漏情况发生,施工顺序清晰,防水效果良好。

UNDERGROUND WATERPROOF GUARD WALL CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE IN DEEP
FOUNDATION PIT NARROW SPACE

Abstract: This construction method is a special method for narrow foundation trench, underground
external wall structure and waterproof construction in deep foundation pit with pile and anchor slope
protection mode. Considering the narrow field of deep foundation pit project in urban center, concrete
casting was firstly carried out by setting formwork at one side outside slope protection pile to form
a waterproof working surface whose external side is waterproof and internal side is closely connected,
and to solve the backfill problems. Thereafter, one-side formwork was erected for external wall structure
construction, to solve the problem that the construction sequence among external wall waterproof
construction, foundation trench backfilling, underground waterproof construction and underground external
wall construction, due to the narrow construction space. This method could be used for foundation
trench backfilling, waterproof construction and external wall structure construction within slope protection
pile scope, to effectively guarantee the successful basement external wall waterproof construction, avoid
leakage defect, realizing smooth construction and favorable waterproof effect.

在城市中心区和建筑物密集区的工程,普遍存在
基坑面积占据现场可用施工面积90 %以上的情况,
此类情况往往伴随着超深基坑的存在,设计施工面狭
小导致地下外墙防水施工困难,护坡桩施工完成后依
照传统外墙防水施工工艺时存在防水施工人员无法到
达操作面进行施工、无法搭设防水操作架子、不宜保
证防水施工质量、无法进行土方回填等诸多问题。根
据北京西单、西四、六部口交通队、特勤队及西城区
交通执法站综合业务楼工程,首先与设计、监理、建
设方积极协商沟通,经过创新研究决定采用地下防水
护墙的施工方法,解决因深基坑狭小且渗漏严重造成
的边坡安全、防水施工、结构施工、基础回填等安全、
