新型橡胶混凝土路面材料的工程性能及应用前景

摘要: 为响应国家对绿色建筑材料的要求,对橡胶混凝土在人行路面中的应用进行了研究。将原本为“黑色污染”的
废旧轮胎橡胶掺入混凝土中,既解决了“黑色污染”的问题,又为路面施工提供一种相对于目前的混凝土路面抗开裂
性能更好的混凝土材料。结果表明橡胶混凝土的力学性能可以满足路面施工要求,并且抗折强度比同等强度的普通混
凝土高约20%。此外,试验测得橡胶颗粒的掺入提升了混凝土的抗开裂能力。由此可见,橡胶混凝土既满足路面施工
的力学和使用性能,又将轮胎橡胶回收利用满足了可持续发展的要求,其在路面施工的应用中有很大潜力。

Abstract: In response to national requirements for green building materials, the application of rubber concrete in
pavements is investigated. The original "black pollution" of waste tyre rubber is mixed into the concrete, which not only
solves the problem of "black pollution" but also provides a concrete material with better cracking resistance compared
with the current concrete pavement. The results show that the mechanical properties of rubber concrete can meet the
requirements of pavement construction and that the flexural strength is approximately 20% higher than that of ordinary
concrete of the same strength. In addition, the incorporation of rubber particles was measured to improve the cracking
resistance of the concrete. This shows that rubber concrete meets the mechanical and serviceability requirements of
pavement construction, while recycling tyre rubber to meet the requirements of sustainable development, and has great
potential in the application of pavement construction.
