1 工程概况
翡翠湖别院商业综合楼、办公楼工程位于安徽合
肥肥西县江淮大道与翡翠路交口西南角,总建筑面积
16.48 万m
2,地上建筑面积 10.13万m 2,地下车库建
筑面积 6.35万m
2。项目为以商业为主体,集合办公
等多种功能的商业综合体。建设内容为 1栋 32层办
公 楼、4 层商业裙房及 2层地下车库。该工程约 1.7
万 m
2屋面排气管弧形墩台采用组装式模具施工技术。
2 屋面排气管弧形墩台装式模具施工技术
采用定型加工的四块圆弧状钢模板组拼成标准化 弧形墩台模具装置,通过螺栓连接,现场安装定位,
解决排气管弧形墩台成型难题。研发一种屋面排气管
弧形墩台模具装置,工厂化加工,组拼式圆弧状钢模
板保证了弧形墩台成型效果。弧形钢模板间通过螺栓
连接,组拼紧密;模具的上下口设置拆模耳环,便于
拆模,提高工效。屋面排气管弧形墩台模具装置可重
复利用的同时,还可节材环保。屋面排气管弧形墩台
组装式模具适用于各种屋面排气管弧形墩台的施工。

工艺原理
结合现场实际情况,屋面排气管弧形墩台模具由
定型加工的 4块圆弧状钢模板组装,排气管墩台钢模
具采用高强度钢型材按标准尺寸加工、焊接成 4部分
组装式标准化组件,产品按质量控制标准生产。排

摘 要: 工程研发了一套屋面排气管弧形墩台组装式模具装置。采用定型加工的四块组装式圆弧状钢模
板组拼成标准化弧形墩台模具装置,排气管墩台上下口采用角钢焊接固定,角钢对接面为方钢板,通过对接
方钢板预留螺栓孔螺栓连接,上下角钢四角焊接拆模耳环,用于引导操作人员将四块钢模板向四侧对角拆模,
避免拆模对混凝土墩台周边产生破坏,现场安装定位,解决了排气管弧形墩台成型难题。与传统木模施工相
比,安全可靠,提高了施工效率和施工质量,一次成型,解决了传统木模施工屋面排气管弧形墩台成型效果
和成型质量差的难题。 关键词:组装式圆弧状钢模板;对接方钢板;螺栓连接;拆模耳环

Abstract:
The project has developed a set of assembled mold devices for curved pier and
abutment of roof exhaust pipes. The standardized arc-shaped pier and abutment mold device is
assembled using four prefabricated circular steel templates with standardized processing. The upper and
lower openings of the exhaust pipe pier and abutment are fixed by angle steel welding, and the joint
surface of the angle steel is a square steel plate. It is connected by reserved bolt holes and bolts
through the square steel plate. The four corners of the upper and lower angle steel plates are welded
with mold removal earrings to guide operators to remove the four steel templates diagonally on the
four sides, avoiding damage to the surrounding concrete pier and abutment caused by mold removal,
