长风路下穿扬溧高速中箱涵的数值模拟与
实测数值的对比

[摘 要 ] 国内外绝大多数箱涵顶推施工监测的内容均是监测箱涵的水平沉降位移和高速路面的沉降变
形,有关箱涵应变监测的相关研究几乎没有。以镇江市长风路下穿扬溧高速公路项目为依托,深入研究在
箱涵顶推全过程中,箱体的应变情况。首先介绍现场应变监测研究的全过程,从仪器选择、仪器安装到获
取监测数据、数据处理分析、得到相关结论,然后采用MIDAS/NX有限元软件对箱涵顶推工程实例进行施
工全过程的数值模拟,并与现场监测数据拟合进行总结分析,该方法对施工过程中箱涵的应变实测数据进
行了验证, 具有较高的计算精度。研究结果对以后有关箱涵顶推的施工技术与应变监测具有重要的意义。

COMPARISON BETWEEN NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND MEASURED VALUE OF
BOX CULVERT UNDER CHANGFENG ROAD PASSING THROUGH
YANGLI EXPRESSWAY

[Abstract ] Most of the box culvert top push monitoring in China and other foreign countries is the horizontal
settlement displacement monitoring and highway settlement deformation monitoring of box culverts, with almost
no research on the strain monitoring of box culverts .Based on the project of Yangli Expressway under Changfeng
Road in Zhenjiang City, the paper deeply studied the strain during the top of box culvert. The paper introduces the
whole process of field strain monitoring research, including instrument selection , instrument installation , obtaining
monitoring data, data processing and analysis , and obtaining relative conclusion. Midas/NX finite element software
is used to simulate the whole construction process of the case of box culvert jacking project, and the fitting with the
field monitoring data is summarized and analyzed. The method is verified by the measured strain data of box culvert
during construction, and has high calculation accuracy. The results are of great significance to the construction
technology and strain monitoring of box culvert jacking.

在下穿隧道施工中,用千斤顶对箱涵进行顶推
的工法是一种较为常见施工手段,这种方法的优势在
于其施工时占用场地小,所需工期较短对交通的影响
小。但此工法要求较高的施工工艺。
近年涉及关于箱涵和高速路面的沉降位移及变形
监测的研究已经非常成熟。但由于箱涵顶推时受力较
大,可能会引起箱涵产生较大的应变,为确保箱涵在
施工中 既 满足强度要求又满足变形要求 , 避免应力和
挠度变形超标引起箱涵的开裂 , 所以对箱涵顶推时的
应变监测是不可缺少的。
以实际项目为依托 , 研究箱涵顶推时的应变监
测,并用有限元软件对工程实例进行数值模拟,有限
元模拟结果与实测数据结合,得出箱涵在顶推时的应
变变化规律,得出最优的监测方案和解决工程实际问
题的相
