压型钢板组合楼板受拉薄膜效应研究

摘 要 :压型钢板组合楼板作为钢框架结构的主要组成部件,在倒塌荷载作用下其受力特点不同于小变
形下楼板的弹性受力阶段,将呈现出多种抗力机制的交替转变,最终楼板拉膜效应影响将会占据主导作用,
显著提高组合结构的抗连续倒塌承载力。利用有限元软件 ABAQUS对组合楼板进行了抗连续倒塌分析,研
究了其倒塌破坏特征及其抗力机制转变过程。通过改变组合楼板两端的边界约束条件,研究楼板在大变形阶
段的“拉膜效应”,提出大变形阶段压型钢板组合楼板“拉膜效应”计算公式,与有限元分析结果进行了对
比,验证了计算公式的准确性。

Abstract: As the main component of the steel frame structure, the mechanical characteristics of the
steel sheet-concrete composite slab are different from the elastic stage of the small deformation floor
under the collapsed load, which shows the alternation of the multiple resistance mechanism. The tensioned
membrane effect of the slab plays a leading role, significantly improve the anti-continuous collapse bearing
capacity of the composite structure. In this paper, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze
the continuous collapse of the composite slab, and the transformation process of its collapse characteristic
and its resistance mechanism are studied. By changing the constraint conditions of the composite slab,
the tension membrane action of the composite slab on the stage of large deformation is studied,
and calculating formulas are put forward and confirmed by the data of the finite element analysis.

目前,国内外学者对组合楼板的受力研究主要集
中于剪切粘结承载力,楼板抗弯承载力和组合楼板在
火灾作用下受拉薄膜效应的研究。聂建国等通过大量
试验和理论研究表明,在大多数情况下剪切粘结承载
力在组合楼板抗力机制中起到主导控制作用。李国强
分别研究了现浇混凝土楼板和压型钢板组合楼板的受
火薄膜效应,提出了相应的理论模型,但忽略了压型
钢板下部钢板的作用,仅考虑压型钢板肋以上的混凝
土薄板作为研究对象。董毓利等在塑性铰线的理论基
础上,分别给出了钢筋混凝土板在大变形下的极限荷
载的计算公式,但其仅将压型钢板等效为受拉钢筋。
