再生粗骨料取代率对再生保温混凝土
360 d 龄期内强度的影响

摘要 :本试验基于 0% % 50% % 100% 三种再生粗骨料取代率 ,研究了取代率对再生保温混凝土 360 d龄期内强度的影响 ,
并在现有欧洲 EC2 模型的基础上进行修正 ,提出可准确预测再生保温混凝土 360 d龄期内抗压强度的模型 .研究表明 :
360 d龄期时 RATIC-100 的抗压强度是 RATIC-50 的 98% ,是 RATIC-0 的 94% $与此同时 ,RATIC-100 的龄期系数是
RATIC-50 的 101 倍 ,是 RATIC-0 的 1. 24 倍.可见再生粗骨料取代率越大 ,再生保温混凝土的 360 d龄期内抗压强度越
小 ,而其后期强度增长速度越快.基于修正模型所得到的再生保温混凝土强度预测曲线与实测曲线的判定系数均大于 0.9 ,
表现出较高的拟合度.因此 ,再生保温混凝土的 360 d龄期内抗压强度可以通过本文提出的修正模型得到准确的预测 •

Abstract : In this paper , threekindsofrecycledcoarseaggregatereplacementratesof0% , 50% and100% are
designedtostudythee fectofreplacementrateonthestrengthofRecycledAggregateThermalInsulationConcrete
(RATIC ) within360days.BasedontheexistingEuropeanEC2 model , a model which can accurately predict the
compressivestrengthofRecycled Aggregate Thermal Insulation Concrete (RATIC ) within360daysisproposed. TheresearchshowsthatthecompressivestrengthofRATIC-100is98% ofRATIC-50and94% ofRATIC-0atthe
age of 360 days. At the same time , the age coe ficient of RATIC-100is 1. 01 times that of RATIC-50 and 1. 24
timesthatofRATIC-0.Itcouldbeobservedthattheincreasesofthereplacementrateofrecycledcoarseaggregate
caused the compressive strength of Recycled Aggregate decrease , but the higher the replacement rateis , the faster
thestrengthincreasesinthelaterperiod.Thedeterminationcoe ficientofthestrengthpredictioncurveofRecycled
AggregateThermalInsulation Concrete (RATIC )basedonthe modified modelandthe measuredcurveareboth
greaterthan0.9 , showing a high degree of fit. In consequence , the compressive strength of RATIC within360
days can be accurately predicted by the modified model proposedin this paper.
