施 _丁 技 术 C0NSTRUCT10N TECHN0L0GY 2018年5月下 第47卷 第 l0期 DOI:10.7672/s~s2018100066 三 铰 拱 文 物 桥 梁 基 础 加 固 方 案 及 关 键 施 工 技 术 曾 智 荣 (1.中铁大桥局武汉桥梁特种技术有限公司,湖北 武汉 430205; 2.桥梁结构健康与安全国家重点实验室,湖北 武汉 430034) [摘要]宁波灵桥属于文物桥梁,下部结构为空箱式桥台和松木斜桩水平抗推基础结构,因老基础存在严重病害及 上部结构加固引起桥梁恒荷载增大,需对老桥台基础进行加固处理提高其抗水平推力。为解决施工空间狭小、地 质条件复杂、新老基础如何共同受力、最大限度保护老桥台基础等难题,通过空箱两侧加桩和台前拱铰下加桩两种 方案比选,采用了台前拱铰下设置 3.2~4,3.6m变截面钻孑L灌注桩的加固方案。介绍了基础加固施工中采用了 绳锯和水钻钻孔成槽相结合的方法切除老基础混凝土、50t×2门式起重机配合 APE400B(并联)振动锤插打钢护 筒 ,KTY4000型全液压动力头钻机采用四翼刮刀钻头和滚刀钻头相结合进行钻进成孔、抓斗配合清理杂物等关键 施工技术。 [关键词]桥梁工程;基础;加固;钻孔灌注桩;共同受力;施工技术 [中图分类号]U445.7 2;TU997 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002—8498(2018)10-0066—05 Schem e of Foundation Reinforcem ent for Three H inged A rch Bridge Viewed as a Cultural Relics and K ey Construction Technologies ZENG Zhirong , (1.China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Special Technology of Wuhan Bridge Co.,Ltd.,Wuhan, Hubei 430205,China;2.State Key Laboratory of Bridge Structural Health and Safety,Wuhan,Hubei 430034,China) Abstract:Ningbo Ling Bridge is a bridge viewed as a cultural relics,the lower parts of the structure are hollow—boxed abutment and horizontal anti thrust foundation of pine pile.Because serious diseases exist in the old foundation and the reinforcement of upper structure leads to the increase of constant load on the bridge,the foundation of the old abutment needs to be reinforced to improve its ability of anti horizontal thrust.To solve the problems such as narrow construction space,complicated geological conditions, making the old and new foundation weighted in common,protecting the abutment’S old foundation to the meters utmost extent,by comparing adding piles on both sides of the hollow case with adding piles below the front arch hinge,the scheme of setting variable cross section cast—in·place piles of 4,3.2~ 3.6m in diameter below the front arch hinge is adopted.Key technologies such as wire saw in combination with wash boring to remove concretes on the old foundation,using 50t X 2 frame crane working in with APE400 B (paralle1) vibration hammer to shaping steel protecting cylinders,using KTY4000 fully hydraulic power head drill with four—wing scraper drill in combination with hob drill for drilling,using grapples to clear sundries are adopted in the foundation reinforcement construction.
