钢筋腐蚀后会造成混凝土结构的严重损害,当
发生风险事故后会导致巨大的财产、安全损失。我
国桥梁项目数量逐渐增加,钢筋腐蚀引发的桥梁损坏
问题也逐渐突出。桥梁在盐害、冻害与碳化等多种不
良因素的作用下,经过一段时间的使用后,其中的
钢筋保护层即出现明显严重的开裂、脱落、锈蚀等现
象,即便对破损、腐蚀进行维修与加固,一段时间后
还会出现腐蚀损害。由于我国桥梁建设长期受到“重
强度轻耐久”这一落后设计理念的影响,大量钢筋混
凝土结构在寿命期限内就会发生结构老化现象,其中
钢筋腐蚀是导致钢筋混凝土桥梁耐久性缩短的主要因
素,也是钢筋混凝土桥梁耐久性缩短的主要表现形式
之一 [1]。
桥梁混凝土钢筋腐蚀检测技术的应用

[摘 要 ] 我国基础设施建设数量不断增加,钢筋混凝土桥梁在道路交通工程中占比也逐渐增大,而钢
筋腐蚀问题是桥梁工程建设过程中的重要问题。由于可以通过现场检测结果来评估结构的安全水平,并为
下一步维修加固提供一定参考,钢筋腐蚀现场检测手段目前受到广泛的关注与重视。对桥梁混凝土钢筋发
生腐蚀的原因与机制进行分析,列举几种能够有效检测钢筋腐蚀的技术,探究钢筋腐蚀检测技术的应用情
况。重点介绍几种无损检测方法,如交流阻抗谱法、线性极化法等,保证检测的安全可靠,为相关从业人
员提供可参考资料。

[Abstract ] With the increasing number of infrastructure construction in China, the proportion of reinforced
concrete bridges in road traffic engineering is also gradually increasing, and the problem of reinforcement corrosion
is an important problem in the process of bridge engineering construction. Because the safety level of the structure
can be evaluated through the on-site detection results, and provide a certain reference for the next maintenance and
reinforcement, the on-site detection method of reinforcement corrosion has attracted extensive attention. This paper
analyzes the causes and mechanism of corrosion of bridge concrete reinforcement, lists several technologies that
can effectively detect reinforcement corrosion, and explores the application of reinforcement corrosion detection
technology. This paper focuses on several nondestructive testing methods, such as AC impedance spectroscopy and
linear polarization method, so as to ensure the safety and reliability of testing and provide reference materials for
relevant practitioners.
