与既有运营车站侧接的新线暗挖隧道施工关键技术研究

摘要: 为有效降低施工风险、保障施工安全,依托深圳地铁12号线与既有地铁1号线桃园站单侧接驳工程,结合工程实
际提出了一套与既有运营车站侧向连接的暗挖隧道专项施工方案。具体阐述了洞门破除及环框梁施工、全断面注浆加
固、围护桩破除、超前小导管注浆等施工工序,并采用有限元软件MIDAS/GTS计算分析了环框梁变形情况、区间隧道
应力状态及既有车站洞门破除位置的位移变化规律,验证了施工方案关键技术可行性。研究结果补充和完善了国内与
既有车站单侧接驳的施工技术,可为类似工程提供借鉴。

Tunnels with Lateral Connections to Existing Operating Stations

Abstract: In order to effectively reduce construction risks and ensure construction safety, based on the unilateral
connection project between Shenzhen Metro Line 12 and existing Metro Line 1 Taoyuan Station and combined with the
actual engineering practice, a set of special construction plan for the lateral connection of the cut -
and -
cover tunnel with
the existing operating station is proposed. The construction procedures such as cavity door breaking and ring frame
beam construction, full section grouting reinforcement, support pile breaking and advanced small conduit grouting are
elaborated, and the finite element software MIDAS/GTS is used to calculate and analyze the deformation of the ring frame
beam, the stress state of the interval tunnel and the displacement variation law of the broken position of the existing
station door, which verifies the feasibility of the key technologies of the construction scheme. The research results
complement and improve the construction technology of unilateral connection with existing stations in China, and can
provide reference for similar projects.
