施建设需求日益增加,桥梁设计新理念和施工新方法不断应
用。从桥梁的发展来看,随着社会生产力水平的不断提高,
工程建设必然走工业化、集约化、产业化的道路。预制节段
箱梁悬臂拼装技术的应用及发展最令人瞩目,其标准化设计、
工厂化制造、装配化施工、信息化管理。研究总结悬臂拼装
架设及线形控制施工技术,为后续类似工程施工提供大量宝
贵的经验,对我国桥梁工程装配式领域减少成本、提高效益

Cantilever Assembling Construction Technology for Precast
Segmental Beam Ascending Bridge Crane

[Abstract ]This construction technology is based on the construction of the fourth ring road in the Zhengzhou City and the Dahe
Road Expressway South Fourth Ring Road viaduct construction as a carrier. It researches the cantilever assembly construction technology
of the precast segment beam upward truss bridge crane. Without affecting the ground traffic,the construction technology of prefabricated
segment beam ascending bridge crane cantilever assembly is summarized through theoretical research and field implementation of
construction technology. The prefabrication of the upper structural section of the bridge and the construction of the substructure can be
carried out simultaneously,with fast construction speed and short construction period ;it is beneficial to the environmental protection
at the bridge location, can minimize the use of scaffolding, save space under the bridge,and reduce the impact of existing traffic is
suitable for the construction of viaduct roads in congested urban areas.

预应力钢筋,再加上普通钢筋的影响,钻孔位置的布置与确
认尤为关键。为此,设计单位与施工单位查阅了既有桥的竣
工图纸,并对每个钻孔位结合钢筋位置探测仪进行了布置。
钻孔前进行测量放线,确定钻孔中心位置,并进行反复确认,
避免损伤梁内既有钢筋。探测出的梁内实际钢筋位置在梁体
表面上做出醒目的标记,如果孔位无法避开钢筋或其他障碍
物时,可适当移动钻孔位置,但移动距离不得大于 5㎝。
3.2.3 既有桥梁加固构件安装及固定
加固构件按顺桥向 1. 5 m 间距布置,现场安装时,加固构
件需确保N6
