2018年 5月下 第 47卷 第 10期 施 工 技 术 C0NSTRUCT10N TECHNOLOGY 61 DOI:10.7672/s舒s20l810O061 粘 钢 加 固 法 在 隧 道 衬 砌 裂 损 快 速 修 补 中 的 应 用 研 究 王 秀 丽 (西安铁路职业技术学院土木工程学院,陕西 西安 710600) [摘要]以我国西南地区某高速公路隧道为研究对象 ,对其衬砌裂损快速修补技术进行研究。取得结果如下:对衬 砌表面裂缝进行分类统计,得到不同形式裂缝的数量、分布范围及基本形态,得出纵向裂缝数量最多、开裂最严重; 采用地质雷达对衬砌背后缺陷进行统计,得到横断面不同部位衬砌厚度在隧道纵向的变化,得出拱顶处衬砌欠厚 最严重;对比衬砌开裂及衬砌欠厚在隧道纵向的分布,分析得到 ZK126+965里程处拱顶部位衬砌欠厚最严重,且 衬砌表面裂缝长度最长、宽度最大;对衬砌裂损修补方案进行比选 ,提出粘钢加固法为快速修补衬砌裂损的最佳方 案,并提出其计算力学模型 ,采用 MIDAS/Civil软件对原设计及粘钢加固前后衬砌结构的受力进行数值模拟,得到 粘钢加固后拱顶裂损处衬砌安全系数比原设计提高了13.3%、比粘钢加固前提高了387.5% ,并提出详细的粘钢加 固施工方案及工艺。 [关键词】隧道工程;衬砌;裂损 ;修补;粘钢加固;检测;数值模拟 [中图分类号]U45 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002.8498(2018)10-0061-05 Research of Bonded Steel Strengthening M ethod in Q uick Repair of Tunnel Lining Cracking WANG XluIi (School of Civil Engineering,Xi’an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute,Xi’an,Shaanxi 710600,China) Abstract:Taking a highway tunnel in Southwest China as the research object,the technology of rapid repair of lining cracks is researched.The results show as follows:by classifying and making statistics of lining surface cracks,the number,range of distribution and basic shape of cracks in different forms are obtained,and the longitudinal crack has the maximum amount and more serious;by making statistics of defects behind of the lining by means of geological radar,the variation of lining thickness in different positions of cross section in longitudinal direction was gotten,and the most serious disease of lining thickness lack is the vault of lining;by comparing the distribution of lining cracks and lining thickness lack in longitudinal direction,the most serious disease of lining thickness lack is of the vault position in the ZK1 26+965 mileage,of which the length of lining surface crack is the longest and its width is the largest;by selecting the scheme of lining cracks repairing,it is pointed out that the method of bonded steel strengthening is the best way to quickly repair lining cracks,and its computational mechanics model is put forward.Midas Civil software is used to do numerical simulation of lining force in the state of original design,before and after bonded steel strengthening,it obtains the safety factor after bonded steel strengthening is 1 3.3% higher than the original design and is 387.5% higher than before bonded steel strengthening,and the detailed arrangement and method for construction is proposed.
