软土灰岩复合地层盾构隧道施工

摘要: 以广州地铁8号线北延伸段石井站 —亭岗站区间隧道施工为背景,基于现场实测数据,对上部软土下部灰岩复合
地层地表横向沉降和隧道轴线上方地表纵向沉降随盾构开挖的变化规律进行了探究。对比了横向与纵向沉降预测公式
与实际监测值,分析了沉降量值与沉降范围的控制因素。结果表明:除了施工因素影响外,该类复合地层中盾构隧道
施工引起的地表横向沉降与修正Peck公式基本吻合,最大沉降量值受地层体积损失率影响,主要沉降影响范围的控制
因素有隧道埋深、双线隧道间距、隧道穿越层的性质;纵向沉降发展规律与Sagaseta公式基本吻合,沉降快速发展区
范围控制因素有隧道埋深、纵向地层不均匀性。

Study on Law of Ground Surface Settlement During Shield Tunnel
Construction in Soft Soil Limestone Composite Stratum

Abstract: Taking the tunnel construction between Shijing station and Tinggang station in the north extension of
Guangzhou Metro Line 8 as the background, based on the field measured data, the variation laws of the surface
transversal settlement of the limestone composite stratum in the upper soft soil lower part and the surface longitudinal
settlement above the tunnel axis with the shield excavation are explored. The prediction formula of transversal and
longitudinal settlements is compared with the actual monitoring value, and the control factors of settlement value and
settlement range are analyzed. The results show that, in addition to the influence of construction factors, the ground
surface transversal settlement caused by shield tunnel construction in this kind of composite stratum is basically
consistent with the modified Peck formula, and the maximum settlement value is affected by the volume loss rate of
stratum. The main control factors of the range of settlement influence are the buried depth of the tunnel, the distance
between two -way tunnels, the nature of the tunnel crossing layer; the development law of longitudinal settlement is
basically consistent with the Sagaseta formula, the controlling factors in the area of rapid settlement development include
the buried depth of the tunnel and the heterogeneity of the longitudinal stratum.
