[摘要]金沙江乌东德水电站地下厂房结构尺寸大,具有地质条件复杂、支护工程量大、施工干扰大等特点。工程
坚持“动态设计 、本质安全”理念,开挖过程中,根据实际揭露地质条件,及时优化支护参数、调整开挖方法 ,形成设
计 、施工 、监测反馈快速响应体系,顺利完成厂房开挖。开挖过程中通过改进设备和工艺方法等措施 ,极大降低了
施工干扰和安全风险,同时提高了工效 ,加快了施工进度。监测成果显示,围岩变形始终控制在允许范围之内,开
挖完成后,主厂房围岩变形趋于稳定 ,在受工程开工延迟 、增加支护等影响工期滞后 9个月的情况下 ,实现提前 3
个月向混凝土转序。总结了乌东德水电站大型地下厂房施工实践中形成的设计、施工技术。

Abstract:The huge underground powerhouses of Wudongde Hydropower Station refresh several world
records.Complex geological conditions,large quantity of support and significant disturbance during
excavation pose great challenge to engineers and project managers.Therefore the idea of dynamic design
is insisted throughout the project.According to the field geological conditions,the support parameters
and methods are optimized in time in order to form a fast response system incorporating design ,
construction and monitoring. The equipment and techniques are also improved SO as to minimize
disturbance and risk,meanwhile,increase the efficiency.The excavation process is thus accelerated.
The monitoring data indicates that the convergence of surrounding rocks is within the permissible range
throughout the construction.After excavation the displacement of rocks tends to be stabilized.Although
the actual construction period is 9 months longer than the planned period due to delayed start date and
increased support,beginning of concrete lining construction is 3 months earlier than planned.A detailed
summary of the excavation and support experience in the construction practice of Wudongde underground
powerhouse will be a good reference for similar projects.
