Hebei Jinduo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., 051430, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China) Abstract: In order to study the feasibility of using lightweight aggregate concrete insulation members to replace part of the interlayer cantiledged slabs in the thermal bridge treatment of cast- in-place concrete internal insulation system, firstly, the safety of the lightweight aggregate concrete insulation member in the interlayer is verified by test. Then the simulation method is used to calculate the thermal performance of the insulation component. The results show that the thickness of the graphite polystyrene board is 250 mm, and the prefabricated heat insulation member of lightweight aggregate concrete is placed in the middle of the pick plate, and the length is 150 mm, According to the test analysis. According to the test analysis, the deflection of the prefabricated heat insulation member of lightweight aggregate concrete and the cantilever member of concrete combination is 0.02 mm, which is far less than the deflection calculation limit, and no cracks appear. the safety performance meets the requirements.
