新建地铁车站下穿既有区间安全影响研究

[摘 要 ] 依托某地铁车站下穿既有轻轨区间隧道工程的施工安全问题,利用数值分析和监控量测手段
对新建地铁车站展开前期预测和影响分析,并结合既有结构的先行评估结果,建立变形控制标准,制订动
态加固措施;最终提出了新建车站施工,以小导洞开挖期沉降控制为重点工序、以相邻两沉降缝间既有结
构变形为沉降控制重点区段、以初期支护注浆和千斤顶为沉降控制关键措施的综合控制方案。该方案的实
施,确保了密贴下穿施工的安全以及既有地铁的安全运营,为新建结构密贴下穿既有地下结构等类似工程
提供了借鉴。

ANALYSIS ON SAFETY IMPACT OF SUBWAY STATION UNDER EXISTING TUNNEL

[ Abstract ] Based on the construction safety issues of a subway station crossing an existing light rail
section tunnel project, numerical analysis and monitoring measurement methods are used to conduct preliminary
prediction and impact analysis on the newly built subway station. Combined with the preliminary evaluation
results of the existing structure, deformation control standards are established and dynamic reinforcement measures
are formulated; Finally, a comprehensive control plan was proposed for the construction of a new station, with
settlement control during the excavation period of the small pilot tunnel as the key process, deformation of the
existing structure between adjacent settlement joints as the key section for settlement control, and initial support
grouting and jacks as the key measures for settlement control. The implementation of this plan has ensured the safety
of the construction of dense underpass and the safe operation of existing subways, providing reference for similar
projects such as the construction of new structures with dense underpass and existing underground structures.

近年来,我国城市轨道交通建设迅猛发展,轨道
交通里程不断增加。据我国城市轨道交通年度报告统
计,截至2021年底,我国50个城市投运城轨交通线路
总里程9 192.62 km,其中地铁线路7 253.73 km,占比
达78.9%,稳居世界首位 [1]。为有效节约城区面积,
大多数轨道交通车站均修建于城市地下,导致新建地
铁车站工程下穿既有地铁区间工程日益增多,且受地
下偶然、突发等因素的影响,在施工过程中,极易导
致既有结构变形超限,影响运营安全,甚至诱发灾变
式破坏,造成巨大损失 [2–5] 。因此,对密贴下穿施工
引起的既有车站结构、区间结构变形,展开正确分
析和可靠预测,建立控制标准,制订相应动态加固措
施,对保障既有地铁车站在结构上的安全稳定和运行
中的正常使用,并确保地下工程施工期间的安全性,
该研究具有重大的工程应用意义。
以某新建地铁车站下穿既有区间隧道为工程 背
景,通过现场监控量测手段与数值模拟等方法对下穿
工程进行前期变形预测和施工影响分析,并结合评估
结果,建立控制标准。
