高空垃圾清运采用封闭式管道
实施/优化效果: 利用垃圾管道提高垃圾清运效率,减少清运成本,保护现场施工环境。
适用工程 /范围:楼层数较多、建筑高度较高的工程楼层内垃圾清理。
基本要求:
1、技术创新:
针对超高层塔楼施工,根据施工图纸选
择适宜位置随塔楼主体结构施工逐段安装
直径500mm、壁厚4mm的竖向钢管作为垃圾
通道,垃圾池设置在地下室,其余每层设
置垃圾投放口,垃圾管道下方铺设废旧模
板作为缓冲垫。
沿垃圾管道高度间隔 100米设置弯折缓
冲带,管道穿楼层位置用 8#槽钢以及∠50#
角钢进行焊接固定,使用过程中定时对垃
圾池进行喷雾降尘处理。
2、技术特点:
垃圾清运方便快捷,极大的节省了施工
成本,提高施工效率,保证了施工安全。
