[摘 要 ] 当前我国许多地区都已经出现了黑臭水体,不仅对环境造成了恶劣的影响,也对群众的生命
健康产生了一定的威胁。控源截污技术能够有效地针对城市黑臭水体进行处理,因此,市政排水系统对该
技术的关注度有所提升,该技术的应用可以有效控制水体污染。立足于黑臭水体控源截污技术,分析了在
该技术基础上的市政排水系统管理策略,分别为注重清污分流工作、注重内源污染控制、注重完善治理方
案、注重治理思路改善。希望能够帮助相关部门改善当前城市黑臭水体污染情况,在控源截污技术基础上
完成黑臭水体清理工作,提高水体安全程度,保障群众生命安全。

[Abstract ] At present, black and smelly water bodies have appeared in many areas of China, which not only
has a bad impact on the environment, but also poses a certain threat to people’s life and health. Source control and
sewage interception technology can effectively treat urban black and smelly water bodies. Therefore, the municipal
drainage system pays more attention to this technology, and the application of this technology can effectively control
water pollution. Based on the source control and sewage interception technology of black and smelly water body,
this paper analyzes the management strategies of municipal drainage system based on this technology, which are
paying attention to the separation of clean water and sewage, internal pollution control, improvement of treatment
scheme and improvement of treatment ideas. The research of this paper hopes to help relevant departments improve
the current pollution situation of urban black and smelly water bodies, complete the cleaning of black and smelly
water bodies on the basis of source control and sewage interception technology, improve the safety of water bodies
and ensure the safety of people’s lives.

也逐步采取策略解决这一问题。容易导致黑臭水体产
生的因素相对较多,黑臭水体污染的管理方法也较为
复杂,以至于在当前的治理效果并不好。控源截污技
