【摘 要】大型水电建设项目规模庞大、结构复杂、建设周期长、投资额大、涉及因素众多、对社会和生态系统影响重大而深远。文
章结合经济问题处理工作中的实际探讨大型水电建设项目赶工费处理的有关问题，赶工费处理的资源配置对比分析计算的赶工
费用能较为真实的反应出各个标段赶工给承包商造成的损失，可具体对应到赶工工序的资源变化情况，针对性强。赶工费处理的
工期分析利用网络分析技术，主要采用关键路径法(cPM)对干扰事件影响下的理论工期进行分析，根据各工序的节点 目标及节点
实际完成时间将主关键路径的可补偿工期及非关键路径的可补偿工期分配到各个工序。分析确定前一阶段工期分析成果中承包
商压缩工期需额外增加的赶工资源投入情况，作为测算赶工费用的基本依据。在实际工作中发现，记录实际资源的资料往往不够
全面，需在过程资料中逐步寻找并分析计算资源配置量，还需根据相关资料进行修正。赶工费确定方案称为X-序对比补偿方案，
是通过综合对比各个赶工工序的合同理论资源和实际资源用量，采取差额补偿的方式确定赶工费用的方法。
