上海轨道交通14号线装修安装工程成本控制

[摘 要 ] 将轨道交通装修安装工程成本控制从被动控制化为主动控制。以上海轨道交通14号线为例,通
过前期的大规模甲招材料招标来控制材料成本,推动各单位协作,将可变的材料因素在前期工程中转为固定
因素,应用BIM模型技术,使得上海轨道交通14号线工程在招标前形成较为完整的招标内容。招标完成后,对
项目实时跟进对比,对已招标的甲招材料价格与实际的供货合同进行浮动率比较,找出差异因素,做到信息
回溯。形成甲招材料价格成本数据库,从施工前期开始控制后续变更的产生。通过协同管理,前期控制,逐
步引进BIM建模技术,使得上海轨道交通招标工程的难度降低,尤其是对于标准车站的建设更为有益。

OF SHANGHAI RAIL TRANSIT LINE 14

[ Abstract ] The cost control of rail transit decoration and installation project is changed from passive
control to active control .Ta k ing Shanghai rail transit line 14 as an example,the material cost is controlled through
the large-scale material bidding of Party A in the early stage,and the cooperation of all units is promoted to convert
the variable material factors into fixed factors in the early stage project. The BIM model technology is used to form
a relatively complete bidding content for Shanghai rail transit line 14 project before bidding. After the bidding
is completed, the project is followed up and compared in real time, the floating rates between the price of the
bidding materials of Party A and the actual supply contract are compared, and the difference factors to achieve
information backtracking are found out . The price and cost database of Party A's bidding materials shall be formed
to control the generation of subsequent changes from the early stage of construction. Through collaborative
management,early-stage control and gradual introduction of BIM modeling technology ,the difficulty of bidding
project of Shanghai rail transit can be reduced,especially for the construction of standard stations.

从1 993 年上海地铁1 号线南段(徐家汇站至锦江 乐园站)建设到现在,上海地铁的发展建设已经走过
了30余年头。2 021 年底,上海轨道交通1 4号线也即将
交付使用,上海轨道交通1 4号线全长为3 8.51 km,均

方工程成本降效的关键,即多运用场地内堆土进行
填方,少进行场外购土,将成为提升土石方利润的关
键。应用现代数字化技术进行土方平衡计算,在施工
前提前做好布局,大幅增加了原土方的利用率,减少
了外购土方。
