By analyzing the stress bearing system of each formwork system, the key construction points of each process are determined. The advantages and disadvantages of each process are analyzed and compared from the aspects of applicable object, process complexity, construction period, foundation requirements and damage to pier columns. Taking the actual project as an example, the construction schemes are compared and selected according to different environmental factors and stress conditions, the formwork form meeting the construction requirements is designed to provide reference for the construction of similar projects. Keywords: m unic ip al h ig hw ay; c ast- in -s it u b ent c ap ; fo rm work s yste m ; p ro cess c om paris o n 关 联。冯德生等 [3 ]基 于重庆市石柱县龙河大桥项目，制订 剪 力销法施工盖梁的方案，通过对龙河大桥盖梁施工的 支撑系统进行受力分析，成功解决大跨度高墩盖梁施工 难题。邵联银等 [4 ]研 究了宁淮高速公路特大桥盖梁施工案 例，通过对多种支撑体系对比分析，得出了摩擦抱箍法作 为 盖梁施工下部支撑施工的优势。余功涛 [5 ]依 托上海市某 高架桥工程盖梁支架施工项目，针对销棒法盖梁支架的设 计方案进行优化，对整套施工技术要点进行详细论述。 不 同于国内偏于工程应用方面的研究导向，国外主要 从理论研究角度，开展对盖梁支架体系的研究。Weesn er等 [6 ] 通 过理论分析结合数值模拟的方法得出国外常见的4种 类型 盖 梁承载体系的极限承载力。Pen g等 [7 ]针 对外力荷载下的 支撑体系稳定性进行研究，通过数值模拟的方法，得到多 种施工荷载作用下的模板支撑体系稳定承载力。 归 结以上研究成果，目前盖梁现浇施工的支架形式虽 然 多种多样，但不外乎型钢支架支撑、抱箍支撑和插销支 撑为主。本文针对某工程现浇盖梁施工，通过对这3种 支撑 模 板体系的设计进行分析，总结了其各自的优缺点和适应 场所，结合现场工况制定安全经济可
