数字孪生在市政建设项目中的场景应用

摘要: 随着社会的进步发展,数字孪生技术已成为各领域行业的研究热点。以建造智慧韧性城市为契机,针对目前长
线状市政项目在建设过程中管理方式繁冗、工程筹划困难等问题,构建了以数字孪生技术为基础的市政建设项目同步
虚拟场景。该场景囊括了多维度视频监控、智慧AI识别、边缘计算系统、倾斜摄影、BIM和SuperMap结构仿真模拟等
技术手段,解决了人机实时跟踪、违规要素分析研判、进度管理、管线布设、交通组织、吊机站位优化、工程量计算
等诸多建设管理难题。通过引入数字孪生技术,市政工程的精细化管理水平得到了极大提升,同时该场景的构建给传
统项目建设思维带来了新的启发。

Scenario Application of Digital Twins in Municipal Construction Projects

Abstract: With the development of society, digital twins technology has become a research hotspot in various fields.
Taking the opportunity of building a smart and resilient city, aiming at the problems such as cumbersome management
methods and difficult project planning in the construction process of long linear municipal projects, a synchronous
virtual scenario of municipal construction projects based on digital twins technology is built. The scene includes multi-
dimensional video monitoring, intelligent AI recognition, edge computing system, tilt photography, BIM and SuperMap
structure simulation and simulation and other technical means, and solves many construction management problems
such as human-computer real-time tracking, analysis and judgment of violation factors, progress management,
pipeline layout, traffic organization, crane station optimization, and engineering quantity calculation. By introducing
digital twin technology, the refined management level of municipal engineering is greatly improved. At the same time, the
construction of this scenario brings new inspiration to the traditional project construction thinking.

人口、交通、能源等大城市突出矛盾。借助无人机群多维
度扫描建立城市数字模型,划分商业、街道、社区、娱乐
等 功能板块,并辅以城市机场车站、公路隧道、供电供
水、无线网络等各种系统化功能,同时借助精细化几何建
模 、逻辑建模、多场耦合性能仿真、神经网络、遗传算
法、多网融合、CPS、 AR、 VR、 区块链、云计算等数字孪
生 技术手段,形成人与人、物与物、人与物之间连接、管
理、协同、交互和优化的六维关系。
