建 筑 技 术 开 发 Building Technology Development 市政工程 Municipal Engineering 第45卷 第23期 2018年12月 市 政 T ▲程 施 工 精 细 化 管 理 模 糊 评 价 雷 华 (广 州城 市职 业 学院 ，广 州 510405) [摘 要]近年来，各大城市加大了城市景观的投资力度，但 目前园建施工企业仍采用这较为落后的项目管理模式，导致项 目成本、进度、质量、工程品质方面出现很多问题。针对 目前园建施工出现的问题，提出了园建工程施工精细化管理体系，旨 在解决施工中存在施工管理制度不完善，对施工质量的过程控制重视不够，_Y-程监理不够规范以及缺乏专业的园建监理等诸多 问题，并以某国际项 目两标段工程为例，采用模糊评价法来检验精细化管理成效。 [关键词 ]园建工程 ；精细化管理 ：模糊评价 [中图分类号 ]Tu7l2．2：Tu99 [文献标志码 ]A [文章编号 ]l()0卜523X (20l8)23-0075~)2 Fuzzy Evaluation of Fine M anagem ent of M unicipal Engineering Construction OnstrUCtlOn Lci HHa [Abstract J In recent years，major cities have increased their investment in urban landscapes，but park construction companies still adopt this relatively backward project management model，leading to many problems in project cost，schedule，quality，and engineering quality．In view of the current problems in the construction of the park，this paper proposes a refined management system for the construction of the construction project to solve the problems of inadequate construction management system，inadequate attention to process control of construction quality，inadequate engineering supervision，and lack of professionalism．Park construction supervision and many other issues，and the two bids for an international project as an example，the use of fuzzy evaluation method to test the effectiveness of refined management． [Keywords J garden construction project；fine management；fuzzy evaluation l 构建园建工程施工精细化管理框架 吲建工程施工精细化管理由很多管理过程形成，组成一个 完整的体系，文章运用 PMI项目管理中 PMBOK用的最多的 十五个指标管理版块，分别为：进度、成本控制、安全、质量、 效果等5种控制，现场、人力资源、生产要素、合同、沟通等 5种类型管理；组织、制度等两种类型建设：技术方案相关措施， 竣工等方面的验收和信息方面的管理、风险方面的把控。 2 工程概况 某国际项 目北地块第二标段园建景观工程总用地面积约 53772m ，总建筑面积306202m ，最大单体面积达到I．5万 m (含售楼部及示范区)，其中含有独栋公寓2栋，建筑面积达到 27500m ，loft公寓建筑面积达到695000m ，写字楼建筑面积 75202m ，地下室建筑面积68500m 。 本工程具体范围为 ：位于标段2的园建景观部分具体范围 包括 ：AI～A8共8栋独栋办公楼、B1及 B2等 Loft公寓的铺装 及绿化、水景安装工程，以及此工程包含的所有与施工、安全、 现场文明施工相关的各类配套设施等。 3 精细化管理的实施 3．1 精细化管理体系的建立 运用 PMI项 目管理中 PMBOK最常用的 15个指标管理版 块，依据本项目的具体情况，需对以下6类情况进行针对性的 精细化管理 (表 1)。 3-2 精细化管理效果对比分析 目前该项目已先后实施，2大标段同建景观工程建设。其 中1个重点标段隶属于第一个园建工程项 目，公司在资金压力 紧张、经验欠缺情况下
